Welcome to Sustain Pilates


Sustain Pilates is a boutique studio offering personalized Reformer sessions in a calm, focused environment. Founded by Lisa Kaler—a Balanced Body teacher-in-training with over a decade of Pilates experience and a PhD in education—the studio supports deep, effective movement tailored to your goals.

Lisa draws on her background in movement and teaching to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater ease. She’s known for her thoughtful, grounded approach and ability to meet clients where they are—whether you're returning to movement, training for a sport, or simply looking to feel better in your body.

In addition to private sessions at her in-home studio in Dellwood, Minnesota, Lisa also teaches small group mat classes at Dellwood Country Club. These classes focus on longevity, resilience, and functional strength—especially for golf and tennis.
